If you noticed that the points are reducing, it could be due to the points have expired after 2 years of being credited to your account(s).
To view your AirAsia Points expiry, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to https://www.airasia.com and select 'My AirAsia Points' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'My airasia points' from the drop-down menu
- You will see the list of points credited and the points expired which were deducted from your account
