- Make sure your photos are clear and well-lit
- Turn off the flash when taking photos to avoid glare
Remark: If you have uploaded a document other than your ID card, you will receive this error message. Please ensure that you upload your ID card.
2) The "Tell us about yourself" page will automatically prefill with details you previously provided.
- Make sure the information you entered when creating your account is accurate and matches the information on your ID card
3) To make the identity verification process go more smoothly, kindly review all your details before submitting your information.
