Physical Card Activation
Yay! We're happy that you've received your card in the mail ๐ซ
All we have to do now is activate it, and it is really simple!
After opening your BigPay app, go to the 'Card' section and click on 'I have received my card.'
Once there, insert the 3 digits 'SECURITY CODE' (CVC) behind your BigPay Visa card for activation as shown in the picture:ย

Afterward, you should be able to set the PIN for this new card for your upcoming purchases over the counter.

Virtual Card Activation
The virtual card is the white card that will be automatically activated for you once you've completed the registration and fully activated your account. ๐ณ
