For a smooth delivery, please check if your shipping address is correct and updated. You can update this by going to Settings > Profile > Personal Details

We will email you within 3 working days and your card should arrive within 5-7 working days in your mailbox. You will also receive the tracking number to track the delivery right on your Card page. And your existing wallet balance will be automatically transferred to your new card hassle-free!ย
