'Released, what does that mean?' 'Merchant refunded my money right?'
Should you notice that the payment amount in your Payment History is indicated as "Released" or "Reversed," please be assured that there is additional information available for your reference below.
a) A 'Released' Status
A released transaction would means the amount has been released back into your BigPay account from BigPay as we have not received the settlement request from the merchant upon 10th transaction day.
b) A 'Reversed' Status
A reversed transaction would means the merchant has reversed the transaction amount from their payment portal as the transaction has failed or they decided to not proceed with the transaction.
For transaction that either comes with a 'Released' or 'Reversed', you should be noticing an increase on the account balance upon the crediting process.
