For every purchase of products and services, we'll send you a notification every time to confirm the transaction. To ensure you don't miss any payments, we highly recommend enabling notifications before making your next purchase.
If you're unsure whether your notifications are turned on, we recommend logging out and then logging back in again to prompt the notification allowance request.
While you are logging in, you can click to allow notifications as demonstrated in the picture below.

How to Add a Card to Purchase with Merchants
You can review the details of both your physical and virtual cards on the card information page within the app, please follow the steps below.
1. Tap on "Card balance"
2. Click on "Card details". You can use the Virtual card (white card) or swipe left to access the Physical card (blue card).

3. You can fill up the card details through various channels, such as applications or websites where you want to buy products and services from a specific merchant, by completing the required information as follows:
- Card number
- Expiry date (mm/yy)
- CVV number
- Name on a card
Once you've finished filling out the information, you'll receive a notification message, as illustrated below.
**If you don't receive this notification, please open the BigPay app and you'll see the payment authorization page
Not to worry! This is simply an initial card verification charge collected by the merchant. The billing amount may vary depending on the merchant. Rest assured, this amount will be promptly refunded to your account as soon as your card is successfully added to the platform.
If you haven't received your refund and the status shows as "Settled," we kindly suggest reaching out to the merchant directly to request reimbursement for the deducted amount.
How do I Authorize my Payment?
If you wish to make payments for goods and services with a merchant using a card, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. After clicking to confirm payment, you'll receive a notification message, as illustrated below.
**If you don't receive this notification, please open the BigPay app and you'll see the payment authorization page
2. Tap on the notification message, and the app will guide you to the payment confirmation page.
3. On the payment confirmation page, you can choose to either press the "Approve" button to confirm the payment or the "Reject" button if you wish to decline it.
4. Upon confirmation, you'll receive a notification confirming that the spending amount has been successfully paid to the merchant.

I did not Receive a Notification Confirming Payment for the Product or Service.
- Ensure that your BigPay app is updated to the latest version.
- Ensure that your device's Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.
- Verify that your device settings allow notifications from the app.
- Try logging out and logging back in. Then, press the 'Allow' button to enable notifications for the app.
