Forgetting your login passcode happens to the best of us, but fret not! Getting back into your account is easier than remembering where you left your keys. Please follow the steps below on how to reset your passcode to continue your BigPay journey!
1. On the passcode page, please tap Forgot passcode?
2. During the passcode reset process, you will be asked two questions to verify your identity. You can answer these questions to proceed to the next step
3. After you've successfully answered these 2 questions, you'll be able to set your new passcode
For the smoothest experience, we recommend that you always update your BigPay app to the latest version and use the same phone number that you used to sign up for your BigPay account.
