If you have forgotten your passcode and may not have written it down, don't worry. You can reset the passcode right away from the app. By doing this, you'll be required to put in your current passcode, if you can't remember the code, please feel free to chat with us anytime, and we'll assist you with this!
To proceed with the in-app reset, after you have logged in to the BigPay app, you can follow the steps below the reset the passcode yourself very easily:
1. Tap on your profile icon
2. Tap Settings
3. Then tap on Change Passcode
4. Put in your current passcode to confirm the passcode change. Then input your desired passcode twice to confirm the changes
That's it! Your passcode has been updated. 😊️
Note: We recommend that your BigPay app is the latest version and that you use the same phone number as the one you used to sign up for your BigPay account.
