If you forgot your Transaction PIN and can't make any payments, no worries! You can proceed to reset this one yourself very easily right in the app.
To accomplish this, you'll need to input your existing passcode. If you happen to forget the code, don't hesitate to reach out to us at any time, and we'll be here to help you!
To proceed with the in-app reset, check out the steps below:
- Log in to your BigPay account
- Tap on the Card balance box
- Tap Change PIN
- Proceed to reset your PIN here
And that's it! You've successfully reset your PIN and you can now continue your financial journey with BigPay!
