What is Device Binding?
Device Binding means you can only log in to your BigPay account on one trusted device at a time. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures your account stays secure from unwanted logins.
Imagine someone trying to sneak into your account from another device… but wait! Device Binding steps in to block them. Only you have the "key" to unlock your account—peace of mind guaranteed.
What is Device Integrity Validation (DIV)?
DIV ensures that your app is free from modifications and unauthorized access, keeping your account protected with the latest security features and updates.
Downloading apps from unverified sources or installing APK files may seem convenient, but it comes with risks. Apps that don’t come from trusted sources could be altered, putting your personal information at risk.
Switching to a New Device? No Worries!
If you’ve got a new phone, transferring your registered device is easy. Just follow these steps:

When you tap the login link from the SMS, you’ll see the message: "You're currently logged in on another device."

Tap "Yes, continue" to register this device to your account.

Enter your passcode in the Passcode screen.

Answer the security questions to verify your identity.

If answered correctly, you’ll see "Verification successful", and your device is now linked!

If you answer incorrectly less than 3 times, you’ll see "Unable to verify identity" along with the remaining attempts.

Tap "Try again" to retry.

If you enter the wrong answers more than 3 times, please contact us for assistance — we’re happy to help!

- Avoid using APK files or downloading from unofficial sources.
- Use your personal device for account access.
- Never share your login details with anyone.
- Keep your app updated for the best and safest experience.
